::Do not come to this shop! Do not buy fuel Ryobi chainsaw!! I had a very bad experience with the manager of this shop Sami Olin. The chainsaw didn't work and he didn't want to take it back and refund the amount paid. Thanks to "kuluttajavirasto" cunsomer agency, he chainged his mind and refund the wholw amount. Sami Olin was very rude and unprofessional. I am surprised how a big company like Bauhaus can hire managers with that kind of behaviour. They will never see me again in that shop.
