  Nuoret asiakaspalelijat hymyilee ja osaavat palvella, mutta vanhempi rouvashenkilö pariin kertaan ollut heti alkutapaamisesta asti niin tympeä ja inhottava, että pitää käydä muualla. Ei myöskään tervehdi tai hymyile ja koko asenne on todella negatiivinen ja epämiellyttävä asiakasta kohtaan.
