  Great service! My Macbook's battery died and I found this nice shop in Arabia. First time there I bought a battery, but due to some miscommunication I received the wrong battery. I called in to ask if it was okay to return the battery and the person on the phone was both nice and informative. I traded the battery a few days later but after installing I learned that my motherboard was also fried. I called them again to see if I could return this battery because I had no use for it anymore. Again the guy on the phone was great and told me that it was fine as long as the package was packed nicely. Eventually returned the battery and got a full refund. They weren't able to make money off me, but in return for their awesome service they get a good review! You don't get service like this anymore in the Netherlands!
