  Soitin liikkeeseen kolme kertaa(noin tunnin välein). Kolmannella kerralla vastasivat. Tiedustelin huoltoaikaa polkupyörälle. Menee kuulemma niin pitkälle, että eivät enää ota huoltovarauksia, kannattaa soittaa 2,5 viikon päästä ja kysyä, josko jonon päähän jo pääsisi. Täytyy sanoa, että en ihan tajua tätä systeemiä...

  Best bike shop in town. Good prices and the best quality. I know that my bike is in the best hands when it needs any kind of repairing or mainteinance.

  I walked into the shop. There was one 10-year-old kid at the lobby. A man stepped to in front of me from left side of the door. He didn't introduce himself. He said "hello" though. Conversation took place in Finnish. I'm also native Finnish speaker. I asked if there were any bicycles for 5 years old kids. Male seller responded that they did not have any bicycles in the store but they could order them from manufacturer of the Spesialized bikes. I also presented my need to buy new bicycle. I also said that I was interested in road bikes but they usually have too aggressive driving stance. I asked if there was bicycle with less aggressive stance. Male representative only answered that there were bicycles that have geometry which allows more relaxed driving position. He didn't present any practical examples or asked any question. It seemed to me that by being silent he wasn't willing to sell anything to me. The store has great variety of bicycles and their accessories. These items are waiting for appropriate sales personnel to sell them to buying customers. Unfortunately there isn't any professional sales person enrolled to this Foxcomp store. It seemed to me that this man was more like bicycle mechanic than salesman. This resulted to awkward and poor customer experience. I would not visit to this shop anymore since better customer service exist elsewhere.
