  Such a great place. History whispers from wall decorations and the newest technology is used practise and especially ideas are developed in minds. Organisation works well and is thus spiritual home for so many former and current students, staff members and research groups. Excellent alumni network, too.

  Hermoso edificio de arquitectura clásica, obra del arquitecto Carl Engel, diseñador de todo el espacio urbano desarrollado alrededor de la Plaza del Senado.Este edificio, el de la Universidad, levantado en el lado oeste de la plaza, es casi un espejo del edificio del Senado, levantado en la cara opuesta de la plaza.

  The main building of the University of Helsinki, big enough to occupy the whole street block. It forms a kind of mirror symmetry to the building of the Finnish ministry of finance on the other side of the square.
