::Good points were the friendly staff and the location of the hotel. It's right in the center of Jyväskylä. Bad points were the rooms decoration, very old fashion and not practical at all. In my room the TV was positioned in a way that only from one of the beds (there were 2) you could watch it. Not very well thought... Worst thing was breakfast. Being a celiac. As I did not make the reservation, I was told that it was not necessary to inform for a gluten free breakfast. Well in the first day I arrived to the breakfast place and the only thing I could eat was some rice cakes , crackers , boiled eggs and some salad. Among the 10 types of cereals , 5 types of bread, oatmeal(non gf), rice pies , cookies there was nothing i could eat.I asked about it they fixed me some bread and the most dry mysli I've ever eaten. It's very disappointing when a hotel reminds you of all you can't eat when in my everyday life usually I never do...cause there's always good looking alternatives everywhere . Things that even non Celiac's want to eat. And really it isn't so hard... There's so many gf cereals in the market, gf rice pies, gf oatmeal, gf muffins, gf cookies. Ended up buying my own oat meal and cookies for breakfast of next days. This was also personally discussed with one of sweet girls at the reception that apologized and promised to talk about it. Thanks for the staying!

::The staff is very friendly. The rooms are a bit too dark. There is general build up grime in places like the sink taps and on the towel rails. Makes you wander of the overall cleanliness...
