  Not much to say really, Ikea will be.. Well, Ikea, with the expected quality, store layout, helpful staff and everything else you'd expect from one. This Ikea isn't an exception to the rule. And I'm fine with that.

  Excellent customer service. For the first time for me, an ikea package was missing a piece, and their customer service got a spare part from the warehouse in minutes.

  Freindly staff. Easy to find your way around. Some interesting room layouts and designs. Clean toilets and easy to use self service tills. Loading bays are helpful close to store exit.

  Unbelievable. I was allowed to return the toilet cover that didnt fit. I love Finland and the customer rights. My kid got to play for an hour at a guarded play area. There is an age limit, min. 3y. The food is good and inexpensive. The products and design are inspiring.
