Shops leave. Run down look. Has some diamonds inside but isn't really inviting. The roof parking place is really cheap comparing to any other places in the city center.

Teljän tori is slowly dying. You just don't go there, unless you have something to fetch for craftstore or need buy a new luggage. The coffee/dinner place in the middle is sadly really unmarketed, it is a nice place and serves good food.
