::The restaurant was great for breakfast. They offered me a free membership that included 10€ voucher for anything they sell. The private sauna in the room was a brilliant idea. For sorry I wasn't lucky enough to see the northern light from its roof. The only problem that it's little far from city center as its located in top of a hill.

::Stayed for only one night and had a room on the first floor near the lobby... Pros: - The breakfast was decent with a good selection but we found a fly in the waffle batter... - The lobby space is nicely done - The room is decent (excluding bathroom) Cons: - The bathroom is extremely out dated... including holes in the walls, grout that has changed colors, toilet level falling apart... etc - Internet was very hard to connect to, but when it was connected the speed was decent (clocked at 8.8mbps) - VERY noisy... we could hear people from the lobby till fairly late

::Staff were lovely. Food was beautiful. Room was dated and carpets could be cleaner. Very basic and intense heat in bedroom. Our room was far too small for 2adults & one child. Also felt lack of cleanliness in restaurant, same food stains on carpets and table cloths since we arrived, tablecloths are not changed every day or even every two days. Play room was great idea for kids. Very very expensive, €4.50 for a bottle of water, €12 for a quarter botte of wine.

::Rooms are comfortable, but a little dated. Plus side is that there is a sauna in the room. Food is good, with plenty of breakfast options. The location is amazing with lovely walks and views from the hotel. Drinks are extremely expensive. €4 for one 500ml plastic bottle of water tells it all.

::Excellent staff. Great location. Close enough to amenities and skiing, but also secluded. Stayed at the cottages not the hotel. Would definitely recommend.
