  Mc Donald's Kouvola is unfortunatly often closed, when other ones are not, on special days, most likely. Hamburgers are not always well filled with sauce as well as the bag of french fries can look half full, when there is however a metering system. Polite staff and no hygiene problem occured during my visits.
