  Reasonably priced components. Sometimes great offers and discounts. Some products can be a bit pricey, so check the offers or wait for one. Usually quite fast deliveries. Definetely a place to shop for it stuff.

  Asiakaspalvelua sai heti ja tuotteet vaikuttivat laadukkailta. Ammattitaitoinen asiakaspalvelu ja ilmeisesti jopa komponenttipäivityksiä olisi saatavilla. Itse en ole asiakas, joten en tarkemmin osaa arvioida.

  My desktop pc would not turn on. Multitronic offer to diagnose problems with your equipment for free, so I brought it to them. Their staff were friendly and helpful, and four out of five who I spoke to spoke good English. I took the computer in on Friday afternoon and on Monday afternoon had a text from the technician telling me the problem (my computer needed a new power supply) I asked him to recommend a couple of products, which he did, and I chose one and asked him to fit it. Total cost was €90 and my computer was ready to collect later that afternoon. Up to now everything was perfect, however when I got him and fired up my computer, half of the connected hardware was missing, undetected, from the system. Over the course of two hours I had to reconnect three drives and six system plugs to the motherboard, all of which had either been reconnected in the wrong ports or disconnected and not reconnected at all. The only reason this didn't result in a lot of wasted time and a trip back to Multitronic is because I'm a skilled IT user anyway. Be warned.

  Todella hyvää, nopeaa ja asiallista palvelua! Täysin uusi kone budjetteineen mielessä menin liikkeeseen ja ensin katsottiin osat mitkä koneeseen tulee vaikka niistä itse mitään niin tajunnutkaan sain silti selvitystä mikä vaikuttaa mihinkin. Sitten yön yli pähkäiltyäni ja pieniä kokoonpano muutoksia vielä tehtyämme ja vaikka budjetti vähän ylittyikin, mutta loistava palvelu sai minut tekemään ostopäätöksen tähän liikkeeseen!
