  Experienced fast and good service. It may be because they had wrong opening hours in internet. Usually its too crowded.

  Disrespectful receptionist. I need some info about bank services, no naturally I went to the receptionist first. Right in front of the front door sat a young guy in suits so I asked him first. It seemed he was more interested in whatever it was in his computer than to help a customer, and did not even look at me once or seemed remotely interested. After I posed my question he turned to me and very disinterestedly told me to repeat my question. At this point it made more sense to me to go for his colleague who was a nice and professional lady sitting near the number machine. Maybe this young guy can learn a thing or two about customer services from her before sitting at the reception desk and wasting everyone's time.

  40 minutes waiting in both bank and telephone queue but one of the most satisfying and welcoming services I've ever had.

  Saamani perusteellisen selvityksen mukaan Nordeassa pankkiasioiden ongelmatilanteet hoidetaan nykyisin poliisilaitoksen kautta. Helmikuussa 2018 tapahtui outoja tilisiirtoja. Soitin asiakaspalveluun. Selvitti asiaa koko päivän ja laittoi asian minun syyksi. Pyysin lokitietoja asian todentamiseksi. Taas selvitti asiaa pitkään. Vastaus oli, ne pitää pyytää kirjallisesti. Pyysin ja meni pari viikkoa. Sain seuraavan vastauksen: "Hei Jari, Viittaan palveluasiamiehen toimistoon lähettämääsi sähköpostiin. Asiakaspalvelumme on toimittanut pyytämäsi tapahtumatiedot sinulle verkkopankin kautta 5.3.2018.  Pankki ei liikesalaisuuden vuoksi toimita asiakkaalle suoraan lokitietoja, ainoastaan tilitapahtumat tarvittaessa.  Lähtökohtaisesti asiakkaalla on pääsy tilitapahtumiinsa esim. verkkopankin kautta. Jos epäilet asiassa tapahtuneen rikoksen, tulee sinun tehdä rikosilmoitus lähimmälle poliisilaitokselle. Poliisi tekee sitten tarvittavat pankkitiedustelut ja yksilöi tiedustelussaan mitä tietoja haluaa. Voit halutessasi olla yhteydessä myös FINE:en, FINE ei tosin tutki onko kyseessä rikos.  Toivottavasti tämä vastaa kysymyksiisi. Jos voin auttaa jollakin tapaa, olethan yhteydessä joko meihin suoraan palveluasiamiehen toimistossa tai asiakaspalveluun (0200 3000).  Ystävällisin terveisin, Mira Berglund-Fitzpatrick Palveluasiamiehen toimisto"

  My dad and I came here at 10:18 so that I could make a bank account really quick and then he could drop me off at the army... Almost 3 hours later we are still sitting here waiting for our number to be called. The only good thing is that the ladies at the front somehow keep smiling even through the queue bs.
