  They leaked our personal information to a third party and we got illegally signed up for some weird insurance for a device we don’t even have. Still waiting for a refund, but they just stopped responding. Rude, zero professionalism and no understanding of what they are doing. C’mon people, it’s not rocket science!

  Myyvät tarpeettomia palveluita liittymien ohessa vanhuksille, jotka eivät ymmärrä niistä mitään. Omien omaisten Telia-laskut kannattaa tarkistaa hyvin. Kun ne sitten löytyvät joskus sähköpostista, johon niitä ei olisi pitänyt edes lähettää.

  Huono asiakaspalvelu tylyä toimintaa. Kopiokonetta ei edes osattu käyttää, että ois takuutodistuksesta saanut kopsun.
