::Everything was great until I went to pay. The cashier was out and I was told they would need to mail the bill. Being from another country, I asked how I pay when the bill comes in the mail. Can I pay with my credit card since I don't have a bank here? They said yes, go online and pay that way. That sounded easy. Well you can't pay online w/o a bank here. So I went back to ask if I could pay in person at Diacor, was told no, an told to go to Atki cashier services to pay. Went there, and they said I couldn't pay unless I have an account with them. I sweat they dont want their money. I can throw my money at them and they don't take it. This is the 3rd country I've lived in, and it was easier to pay bills in 3rd world Brazil than it is here. I'm sick of the misinformation and wasting my time.
