  I had very bad experience with my laptop repair. In details, I visited the shop and it was agreed that it is possible to deliver the laptop power cable shouldring visible from out( not needed to open laptop case) also might be able to change bottom case but depends on situation of availability but agreed everything will be done by friday because I had weekend to work on laptop. But no information next day and following day someone calls and inform that they could not find bottom case and are busy with so much work already committed that they cannot even shoulder power cable which was hardly going to take 10 minutes and i can come to pick up my laptop. Next day i came to pick up the laptop and reluctant to give it back before I pay them 30 euros for not doing any actual work but for doing research on it. I said at least fix power cable but somehow agreed to fix it by Monday and the guy had some trust issues that I wouldn't turn on Monday but however we agreed I will come and work will be done on Monday morning if i bring my laptop at 9 am and I did so, but ofcourse no surprises they just finally fix the cable at 13.00. if your time and money is valuable then never make mistake like this. Try some other PC repair shops rather than this.With this experience i learned and hopefully will help someone before choosing to come this already busy business shop.
