  I think this is the worst service provided for my company ever. The communication is simply terrible, as a customer I'm being forwarded from one person to another in order to get the answers to very simple questions. During the phone-forwarding process you can just end up with "Sorry, I don't speak English" response and the phone will be hung up. You might be charged for services which were never provided. After a call the response will be "Oh, we're so sorry, this is a mistake, you'll get a new invoice". Every time I need help, it's the pain to get it from Accountor by phone. Emails are not working as well, you might wait 1 day or even more because everybody in Accountor seem to spend at least half of a day in meetings and lunch breaks. The overall impression is: Accountor is the big company with a lot of bureaucracy, lack of responsibility, employees seem to lack the basic knowledge about the company and provided services. Avoid them.
