::Friendly. Car was brand new and good condition. I booked "VW Passat Estate" and got a new Skoda Octavia. And got told "it's the same ". I would not call 590 vs 650 boot space being "the same". Well I guess this can always happen at any rental company. Weird was that opening times are said to be from 7-23.30 but when I wanted to drop the car at 5pm no one was there and I had to take a cab to the airport. They accommodated our 3 hour late flight (arrived at 2am) at a 20€ extra charge. Overall: price versus quality is okay given the significant more expensive competitors.
