  We just informed the Ground Handling Manager of the Airport that we had "troubles" with the Rental Company FiRent and he told us " this does not concern us". It was not the answer We expected: if someone tells us that they have been cheated, we will investigate and not ignore the fact.

  The price that I have paid is equal to double of the price announced by e-mail. There are many costs that they do not mention and that I eventually had to pay when I arrived in the car rental agency. I contacted them. They could not provide a decent answer but they did not provide any solution. AVOID THEM.

  They are dishonest and a complete rip off. They deceive you into thinking the rental is one price and than they charge you four times more than the original agreement. They know you are vulnerable so they take advantage and defraud you. There need to be some government entity to police this lying company. 1 star is too much.
