  Very good customer service! I knew next to nothing about kitchen knives and they took the time to explain things for me. They could've easily tried selling me the most expensive stuff they have, but instead they recommended things according to my needs. I found and a ton of stuff and went home spending less than my budjet.

  Good selection of kitchen ware and good customer support. The staff were very eager to help me and it made the purchase of a Japanese kitchen knife very easy
