  Completely hopeless bureaucracy. We're a small start-up In Thailand trying to work with Metropolitan University on an awesome internship experience for their students. After having to waste days of my staff's valuable time they still refused to issue an ed visa. I would have thought that your first experience of dealing with a country should be a positive one but these halfwits have a totally different mindset. Checklist approach. I really hope that a future Thai government outsources this process and takes it out of the hands of the hapless staff at the embassy. It's likely some poor internet girl who is terrified of making a mistake. Anyway last time we take interns from Finland. A shame for Thailand and pity that Finn's won't get to experience doing an awesome internship at drvr.
