  Espresso House on paras kahvilaketju pääkaupunkiseudulla: laadukas ja monipuolinen valikoima suo hemmotteluhetken rankan työpäivän jälkeen tai opiskelun lomassa. Hinnat ovat yllätyksettä suhteellisen korkeat, mutta laatu pelastaa. Henkilökunta palvelee hymyissä suin, mutta yrittää parhaansa asiakkaalta veloitetun hinnan korottamisessa huomaamattomin, viattomin kehotuksin, kuten "haluaisitteko kokeilla vahvempaa kahvia". Tämä ele on tympäännyttävä, varsinkin kun myyjä ei välttämättä herkeä ehdottelemasta. Kahvilan tilat ovat avarat ja viihtyisät, ja sijanti on luonnollisesti mainio.

  A cosy café right across the street from the Helsinki railway station. Great for people watching. Very nice design!! Pretty good special coffees. Different seating areas, but of course when it's full there arent that many options. This chain's cafés are similar to each other but unique in their structure. Polite staff. My only wish for improvement is that they would have more variety in the sweet treat section, which is honestly quite boring, low quality and the same in each café. With this change I will give each Espresso House 5 stars.

  Coffee is good, but the way waitress taking the order was sneaky. I ordered normal latte, the waitress strongly recommended special type of latte without any mentioning of changing in price. I noticed she was doing the same with onther customers inline... So I ended up paid twice of the price for a latte. Even the difference are just couple of euros, but I felt tricked :/

  Excellent coffee, great selection of snacks, cosy atmosphere.

  Franchise cafe with excellent location and plenty of seats. The staff is young and friendly
