::I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE!! Through google I found this shop that offers excellent products at the lowest prices I could find. I decided to buy different products for a total value of 2.500 DKK with a delivery address in my parrents cottage in sweden since they do not deliver to Denmark. To be sure this delivery and pick-up on my part would go as smoothly as possible, I contacted the company before ordering and explained what the situation were and gave them the exact address and approval to place the parcel on the terrace if they came before me. According to their website, they would deliver parcels over 20 kg to the door within 1 week and mine weighed just under 22 kg, according to themselves. They replied back that unfortunately they could not manage to deliver the package to the upcoming weekend but I would recieve it the following week. However, at a pickup point where I had to pick it up myself. Then I followed the tracking number that was assigned to my package, which continued to check in and out in the subsequent two weeks. Along the way, I were in correspondence with the Fanaticaudio (FA) AND Posti which was the carrier and no one could tell me when I could expect the package was ready for collection. 20 days after the package was shipped Posti told me that FA had not given the delivery address but only municipality name, although I had given them this 2 times at the order. I then gave Posti the correct address but they would not accept this, and then returned the parcel back to Finland where FA's stock is located. At this time I were so tired of it all, especially since FA only responded on very few of my messages through the process, rarely before 3 days and refused to handle this over the telephone. I wrote to them four times that week, that I wanted my money back. When they finally respondes, they said that i would get them when they received the parcel. This happens around 14 days after the return. During this whole process, they answered my messages in such a low level that I am convinced this was deliberate. Not at one point they said they had made a mistake, apologized (!), Or at least offered to rectify the error in spite of myself asking about this. I have never in my life experienced such uproffesionel and indifferent a webshop. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO SHOP HERE!!
