  Basic equipment but adequate for beginners and intermediate-level lifters. Great group classes (Lesmills programmes, dance classes and stretching) and one particularly engaging teacher! Usually crowded in the afternoon, though. Air-conditioning works poorly.

  Friendly staff and lots of group activities available for sign up, even has private area for the ladies to work out in comfort. Great gym! No sauna...

  Cheap, basic gym with pretty much everything you would need. Very limited number of machines means queues can happen any time of the day. Men's locker room in this location is one of the nicest within the chain.
