  No respect for the people in the apartments. Start renovating rooms at 7 am and do not stop until 10 waking me up during all this time, not recommend at all.

  Apartments in HOAS Rautatiekatu 29. Laundry rooms are disgusting, washing machines and dryers are probably cleaned not more than once a year, but keeping in mind how many people use them this is just a no-go. The furnishings inside the apartments seem to be very old, especially the beds and the mattresses, if I should even call it a mattress, are horrible. The walls look like they haven't been painted for many many years. Good thing about the apartments here: The location and the price is okay for Helsinki.
