  Self service these days + almost everything has to be ordered separately. Didn't even have GoPros!

  Worst customer service ever. I made a reservation of a graphics card, got e-mail that my order successfully reserved for 3 days. When I came to the shop, cashier and shop assistant confirmed that I did everything right from e-mail but none of them see the reservation in their database and all graphic cards are already sold, so they can't help me and there is no possibility to order another one. In the end, I just need to sit and wait for another chance to reserve it and pray for getting lucky that noone buys RESERVED product before me.
