  Ihan ok osuuspankki. Joutuu usein odottelemaan hetken mut ei mitään pitkiä aikoja. Hyvä palvelu.

  aina ihan mahdoton jono sillä menin mihin aikaan tahansa yleensä vain yksi kahdesta asiakaspalvelijasta tiskillä. 4.4. jonotin tunnin ja edelleen edessäni oli 10 asiakasta joten jouduin lähtemään

  Aivan päin persettä ollut jo puoli vuotta! Mikään ei onnistu, ei laskun maksu ja jos onnistuu, niin menee kahteen kertaan!! Voi vittu sentään! Nyt haen tilini aina pois tilipäivänä!!

  I just arrived in Helsinki a week ago. I wanted to open a bank account at OP because I heard they are offering good services. I went there on a Monday, around lunch time. I had to wait for 30min for someone at the desk to take care of me (you have to get a ticket and queue). When finally it was my turn, the women at the desk told me that I would need to get an appointment to open a bank account. Well, ok why not. But then, after checking in the informatic system, she is telling me that they don't have appointment time available before the 15th of October (in 2 weeks then). I found that a little strange, when someone wants to give money to a bank the bank is making you wait, but ok. And then, it started to be even more fun, the lady at the desk couldn't get the informatic system to work to give me my appointment. Another desk lady joined and they started to try to figure it out (for 10min). Finally, they went in the back of the office to discuss about a solution while asking me to wait. After 10 more minutes waiting and no sign of the desk lady I just left. If the quality of services of this bank is at the level of the persons working there, there is no way I am going to open a bank account in OP.

  Talletusautomaatti loistava juttu, vakuutuspalvelut toimineet hyvin, pankin palvelupöytiin joskus jonoa, mutta aikataulutuksella ei mitään ruuhkaa.
