::One of the most beautiful places I have ever experienced. Unbelievable friendly staff, in an absolutely stunning location. The main material this place is build of, is wood, that was lying on the bottom of a lake for many hundreds of years. The nature is amazing. Relaxing in this place happens from the moment you arrive. I want to come back as soon as possible.

::It is a beautiful place, but the service is way lower than expected compared to the price tag. 1. When we've check into two suits, various things were missing from our rooms, like shampoo, toilet paper and etc. 2. The obvious thing of a cleaning lady coming by the room in between nights to stock up and clean the room, isn't obvious for this hotel. They just didn't do it. When asked at the reception around 2pm, they were surprised that we wanted cleaning, and said that they will take care of it. We'll, they didn't. 3. When you access the spa, lunch or anything else at the hotel, you have to use those coupons you were given upon check in. You have only one entry to the spa for 2 hours per night. So use it wisely and don't forget your coupon when you go to breakfast or spa. This coupon system is just respectful to hotel's guests. 4. Finally, the dinner. If feels too expensive for what is provided. The started was a 3cm radious piece of bread with something on it and a soup. The desert was the tiniest piece of cake I've ever been served. I'm wondering how they're not ashamed to serve it?

::Very good spa for couples who want to enjoy and relax. Also family ticket includes more than 2 kids (4-12y) that's very friendly for bigger families. This the place you need to test!

::Amazing spa resort with a unique atmosphere! The buildings and rooms are beautiful with every detail carefully crafted, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the surrounding nature is very beautiful with the lake, forest and cliffs with a lot potential for adventures. You can just dwell in the cosy atmosphere, eat delicious food at the restaurants and enjoy the warm pools, welcoming saunas and cold drinks & snacks at the spa.
