  Täysin ammattitaidottomia ihmisiä. Reklamaatioihin vastataan toimitusjohtajan tasolla että "onpas ikävää". Aivan luokattoman huono palvelu ja virheitä lähes kaikessa toimituksesta keittiön osiin asti. En todellakaan suosittele tätä paikkaa kenellekään.

  I ordered kitchen from Keittiömaailma in November 2016. Although we had other better options, my wife really liked the "glass" which was on display in their store and she fell in love with that. In a way, we ordered the kitchen because of the glass. Although the kitchen was expensive and we had other economical options, we decided to buy this one. The sales person was Päivi Eloranta and she was very helpful in the beginning. The kitchen was delivered on time on 21-Dec-2016, but the "glass" which is the sole reason we ordered this kitchen got broken. Whats weird is, we were not informed that the glass was broken until we found it out ourself in the mid of January. When asked about this, the answer we got was that the Sales woman herself did not know about this. This is extremely hard to believe. What she was trying was, be in touch with the work contractor and finding out how the renovation is progressing. That way she would know when the Kitchen work is really done so she could facilitate the "glass" on time. In this process, she completely ignored her customer. Also, as the work contractor was very incapable of handling the kitchen installation, Päivi was helping him with the installation. In the process, although she knew about his in capabilities, she let him do it and never really bothered to tell the customer about it. In the end, the contractor did the kitchen all wrong, putting cabins in wrong place and screwing the corners such that the entire kitchen tops now needs to be replaced. The cabins which were put in wrong places was justified also by Päivi and she created the impression that the contractor was very capable and he followed her designs and measurements. This gave the contractor the edge to ignore our complaints and in the end when all the renovation work was completed and the contractor handed over the house to us, Päivi now thinks that it is completely the contractor's fault the kitchen was not done like she designed. In all of this, we the customers are heart- broken. The glass which is the sole reason for ordering this kitchen is not yet installed as the kitchen tops needs to be replaced. We have no idea if the new kitchen tops have been ordered or not as both Päivi and the contractor are together in this and working against us (customer). Päivi even disclosed to the contractor that the kitchen invoice is not yet paid and he was insulting us as "willful defaulters" by pointing that out. How on Earth this is allowed? We are very very upset about this as it is a clear violation of our privacy. The compensation that we got for the delay of glass for 6 weeks was 60 euros. When we made the Kitchen order, there was no discussion around this, when it is legal requirement to discuss with the customer all the terms and conditions. There is not enough room to discuss the complete story. The summary is, avoid buying from Keittiömaailma as they care least for their customers and they work for their own selfish benefits. Refer to the pictures. See the ugly gaps by the upper cabinets. There is no valid justification for these and either it is designed wrong or installed wrong. Only GOD knows what is the right reason.

  En todellakaan suosittele kenellekkään tätä liikettä - palvelu on ollut huonoa ja reklamaation käsittely ei todellakaan ole toiminut. Tähti siitä etten ostanut kaikkia koneita sieltä ,se ainoakin mikä otin niin sössivät myös senkin.
