  Free outdoor container gym provided by the city of Espoo. It sits between the swimming hall and sports facility/park. Cars can park at the south-side lot near the skatepark and Angry Birds playground, or the swimming hall/sports park lot that sits east of the gym. The fitness center has all of the basics for weight training. All heavy resistance equipment outside (mustard-colored) are scalable by sledded weights-- leverage machines. Sliding these weights will either reduce or increase the load, with approximate values printed on the sleds' frames. Each equipment also includes diagrams for what exercises can be done. A quick list: leverage bench, incline leverage bench, leverage squat, sit-up / dips / back extension trio bench. Inside the container, you can find some free weights (kettle bells, curl bar, weighted sand bags, plates), a couple of other pulley machines, and curl bench. There are also pull up/chin up bars attached to two sides of the container, and also attached resistance-bands and battle ropes. For a free gym, this can't be beat with all of its surroundings. North of the container lies a Pay-For-Entry challenge trail, too. NOTE: No one minds the container. If you need help, you're either on your own, or at the mercy of whoever is nearby. The gym provides only equipment, and NO other amenities (food, drinks, medical, bathroom, sanitation wipes, etc).
