::Lost our bag at the the Airport and payed 5 euro for the service and recieved an email with information that they would contact us regardless if they found it or not within two weeks. Never heard from them again.. world class service!

::Tiedustelin viime kesänä bussiin jääneiden aurinkolasieni perään. Kyseessä oli uniikit Ray-Ban lasit. Tunnistaminen ainakin olisi ollut helppoa, jos ne löytyivät. Joku on tietysti voinut ennen bussihenkilökuntaa löytää ne ja ottaa omakseen... Mutta en kalliin puhelun (josta ei muuten ole MITÄÄN iloa, kuin että neuvovat täyttämään maksullisen lomakkeen.) ja katoamislo akkeen jälkeen saanut mitään apuja. ÄLKÄÄ soittako numeroon, vaan täyttäkää suoraan lomake. En vain saanut tiedustelun MITÄÄN vastausta! Olkoon ettei niitä löytynyt. Mutta edes sen olisi voinut kuitata maksullisesta palvelusta

::It’s just a money trap. Our visitor paid online €5 for the “service”, giving all the details they wanted, but never heard from them. The only way to ask what they are doing is to call their ridiculously expensive line, that is, to pay more. Stay away.

::I forgot my summer hat made of straw to the airport had to pay fee for them to keep an eye on it(which i dont mind as i thought they will take care of the item as i paid the fee for them to keep an eye out on it) sure enough they found it the next day. However when i went to collect the item it was ruined!! They had simply loaded other stuff on top of the hat and as everybody knows..straw will break if you insert pressure or weight on it!! So not only i had to pay again when collecting this now ruined item but i had to pay for them also to look for it! I am repulsed by the company!
