  The main feature of this small park behind the Oulu city hall and facing the old town hall is the evocative series of small bronze statues depicting the city's 400 year history starting in the early 1600s. It's an excellent way to start a visit to the city or to show your guests. There is a small brochure available at the tourist office a 100m away at Oulu 10. Well worthwhile.
