  I went there to open an account. I waited almost an hour, the place was full, and the number moved from 15 to 16. I would have spent the whole day there just to talk to someone. So I decided just to leave.

  Branch specific bank office. The 5th floor is the place for negotiations of mortgage issues. Visit by appointment only. Car parking against payment on the street.
