  Käsittämätöntä asiakaspalvelua. Virkailijoita ei näytä kiinnostavan odottavat asiakkaat ollenkaan. Jos sinun täytyy asioida Nordeassa, älä vaan asioi Tapiolan Nordeassa. Käy vaikka Leppävaarassa, jossa vielä on asiakaspalveluhalukkuutta jäljellä. Terkuin erittäin kiukkuinen kohta entinen asiakas.

  The most horrible service you can ever get! Only one worker served people! Others walked around "busy". I had to wait 30 min to get some little service and I never got it, because it seemed like I had to wait 1 more hour! And I had to go to work! System is great though! I Changed my phone and now I need a code to enter to my netbank, and I need to enter to my netbank to get that code! Good job guys!

  One of leading banks in Finland, though Swedish-owned. This location is the bank's Tapiola branch. Money talks. Sometimes the bank makes mistakes. And I myself have made multiple claims against their mistakes. The big boss of the bank has his own famous saying: only 5% of the customers bring money to the bank, while the rest 95% only shoe-sands.
