::Posti.fi collaborates with company that did not return our PARCEL with computer: Itella Logistics in Latvia. Itella does not answer the phone, they have 3 times promised to bring us the parcel during working hours without indicating concrete time. All 3 times we were waiting for them , but they did not bring the PARCEL. When we went to their terminal on 2nd February instead of the PARCEL , they gave us a paper that the parcel is lost, it cannot be found in their terminal. They admit that it appeared on 19th January and now it is lost. Can you trust such a company? Look at sudzibas. lv (complaint site in Latvia), it is full of complaints about Itella, it has been discussed in Latvia Public Services Control Comission and on Latvian TV. Mara and Arnis D.
