::Suomen posti palvelee asiakkaita huonosti. Esimerkki: Tapulikaupungin postikonttori Helsingistä siirretään toiseen kaupunkiin Vantaalle Tikkurilaan. Kaikki Puistolan ja Tapanilan asukkaat joutuvat jatkossa ostamaan kalliimman seutulipun, jota ei muuten tarvitse hakiessaan valtiollisen postin kuljettamia postilähetyksiä. Tätä on suomalainen palvelu. Postikonttoreita on lähempänäkin kuin Tikkurilassa toisessa kaupungissa, mutta posti haluaa tahallaan tehdä ihmisten elämästä hankalampaa. Ei sujuvampaa kuin mainoslauseessa väitetään. Olisiko syytä muuttaa mainoskampanja vastaamaan todellisia aikomuksia.

::Posti service is terrible. Pay more than €50 to have your passport sent 500km from one city to another, express post delivered to doorstep, because I needed it 2 days later to fly overseas. Receive it 4 days later. Couldn't go overseas. No refund from posti despite the fact that they guaranteed next day delivery to my door and it was sent at 9am. No excuse. No explanation and no ability to go and get it myself from somewhere. Posti also hires complete strangers to deliver daily mail. The trustworthiness of these people cannot be guaranteed. Honestly I'm furious. I should have used a courier but Posti guaranteed me next day delivery. I will never use their service again for anything.
