::What is wrong with this bank? All young employees are snobby and impossible to talk to. A girl in Hansa OP gave me a lot of attitude when I was trying to put 200e on my account to pay the bills online making me feel like a criminal. She was so rude and so impolite, I could barely say anything! Another guy would not let me go without pushing insurance as hard as he could -- what do you have? do you have a house? do you have a car? - insure your vagina! I am horrified by this bank and I am moving my account away from there first thing I can. Only the senior ladies at the bank are polite and actually know what they are doing. The rest of them are just rude and could learn a thing or two about banking, customer service and people skills in general.
