  Reserved service times are kept quite well. Friendly service on the counter by long time senior staff. Varying crew with varying service level in the workshop. I have used the tire hotel for 20 years and am generally happy.

  The guy told me I needed more work than I came for, but didn’t ask me to pay. He told me to look around for offers or get a second opinion for the work, because if not fixed it may cause bigger problems later. So he really tried to help, not rip me off.
