  I have visited the store at Stockmann multiple times, it is still the worst costumer service ever. Absolutely horrendous!

  (Later in English) En muista Suomessa törmänneeni yhtä piittamaattomaan asiakaspalveluun kuin Westerbackalla, minkä vuoksi jätän poikkeuksellisesti näin palautetta. Yhteydenottoihini tilatusta (ja etukäteen maksetusta) korusta jätettiin vastaamatta eikä minulle ikinä ilmoitettu korun saapuneen. Liikkeessä asioidessani ja tiedustellessani tilannetta myyjä ei ollut varma mikäli voi tilausta minulle mahdollisesti puuttuvan maksun vuoksi luovuttaa, vaikka olin hoitanut tämän puolen jo ennakkoon. Liike olisi voinut edes soittaa tai vastata johonkin sähköposteistani mikäli ei ollut omien kirjanpidon sekoilujen vuoksi maksusta varma. I can´t remember whether I have ever had such an irrespective customer service anywhere in Finland as in Westerbacka. The firm never replied to my contacts about the ordered (and prepaid) piece of jewellery and they never gave me a notification about the arrival. When I visited the store the salesperson even questioned whether I had paid for the order. If they weren´t sure about that (due to their accounting) they could have at least called or reply to one of the emails I sent and clarify. If you are visiting the country just for a short period, I´d say it is rather risky to order anything from this store, unless you can pay and carry it out right away.
