  A very thoughtful and convenient government service of registering foreigners. Extremely friendly personnel who are ready to answer any questions a newcomer to Finland can have. The queues move quickly and after you complete your application it takes about 15 min for them to process it and give you a certificate. I have been in many countries as a worker but have never seen such a smooth registration process for immigrants in any country.

  The main is not accessible to stroller-user costumers. The ramp is too steep which makes it very difficult to push the strollers upwards to the main entrance. Not a "stroller-friendly" establishment. There's another entrance at the B-porras but its unavailable. I hope that they will do something about it considering that there are alot of costumers who visits with strollers.

  The place you need to visit when you permanently live in Finland. Not to crowded and employees are nice..if you are lucky :)

  employees are very polite and kind to foreigners like me, an Indian citizen.
