  Alaluokkaista palvelua. Pyörän jalka hajosi ja tippui kierteiltä viikon päästä ostosta. Uudesta jalasta pyysivät täyden maksun 20€ ja väittivät ylimielisesti naureskellen että poikani olisi istunut pyörässä kun jalka oli ollut alhaalla. Näin ei ollut vaan, jalassa oli valmistusvika. Antoivat lopuksi 2€ alennusta, jalka jäi kauppaan.

  The service here is ok, but they never answer the phone, so if you have any questions you're going to have to write them e-mail. Not recommended, since there are many shops in Turku that give better service.

  I brought my bike to have the back tire repaired. At first I was told I need to wait a few weeks for it, but since I had dropped an email about this they actually took my bike in and had it repaired in a matter of hours. The pricing is also extremely reasonable.
