  Quite pricy for the services they offer. You can buy tires much cheaper elsewhere. Month waiting on fixing a bike and even then it was late - we never got notification we were promised when the bike is done.

  Very long queues: I was offered to book a regular service for my bike in 3 weeks time! The guys were pleasant and tried to find me time at their other location, no luck.

  A very versatile bike store, with skilled service and broad selection of parts. A bit pricey, but definitely on par with quality.

  Really helpful multilingual staff that will try their best to help you. They sell pedals that are worth more than my entire bike yet still go beyond what anyone could expect of a bike shop to help me fix things. Super knowledgeable bike technicians.
